Soundless exercises

  1. Sitting down with hands held in the front - kumbh paada and up
  2. toes to heels - standing
  3. Bend with hands held behind - nose to knee
  4. Hands held up - bend and touch the ground - ears in between till half way - spine straight - and then head stays there looking up hands go down and touch the ground
  5. Hands up - bend half way - up - bend backwards
  6. Torso isolation - bend - sway right facing front hands held up - like passing a basket ball to the person on the right then left then roll backwards
  7. Lunge side to side with knees straight
  8. Lunge side to side with legs in chowk
  9. Sit on one toe with the other leg stretched out - bend with one hand stretched out, do both the sides for the same leg and then do the same for the other leg
