Sound exercises

  1. Kicking butt one leg at a time
  2. Kumbh paada jump (sitting on the toes) hands held in the front away from the body
  3. Stretch hands up jump on toes heels together point toe to the ground (spring board jump)
  4. Hands on hips jump with both the legs - kick the butt
