  1. Sama (normal)
  2. Natho (Chin down touching the chest)
  3. Unnatha (stretching the neck up)
  4. Trayasra (move in a V shape)
  5. Reechitha (side to side from the back of the neck - usual dance neck movement)
  6. Kunchitha (cringe the neck)
  7. Anchitha (stretchin the front)
  8. Valithacha (move out in a semi circle)
  9. Nivrithcha (come back in a semi circle)

left hand at hip mushti hastha - right hand on thigh - shikhara hastha
tap right leg

leg right leg vipareedhamukha - left leg kunchitha - chowk
left hand on hip mushti hastha - right hand pathaaka hastha near chest - chowk position

leg - right leg vipareedhamukha - left leg kunchitha - vilagnapashni
hand left hand stretched out the the side hamsasya hastha - right hand held near the navel shikhara hastha

hands - both held near left sholder in tripathaaka - right hand makes a rainbow abow the head and left moves to join the right hand at sholder level

Soundless exercises

  1. Sitting down with hands held in the front - kumbh paada and up
  2. toes to heels - standing
  3. Bend with hands held behind - nose to knee
  4. Hands held up - bend and touch the ground - ears in between till half way - spine straight - and then head stays there looking up hands go down and touch the ground
  5. Hands up - bend half way - up - bend backwards
  6. Torso isolation - bend - sway right facing front hands held up - like passing a basket ball to the person on the right then left then roll backwards
  7. Lunge side to side with knees straight
  8. Lunge side to side with legs in chowk
  9. Sit on one toe with the other leg stretched out - bend with one hand stretched out, do both the sides for the same leg and then do the same for the other leg

Sound exercises

  1. Kicking butt one leg at a time
  2. Kumbh paada jump (sitting on the toes) hands held in the front away from the body
  3. Stretch hands up jump on toes heels together point toe to the ground (spring board jump)
  4. Hands on hips jump with both the legs - kick the butt
