Soundless exercises
- Sitting down with hands held in the front - kumbh paada and up
- toes to heels - standing
- Bend with hands held behind - nose to knee
- Hands held up - bend and touch the ground - ears in between till half way - spine straight - and then head stays there looking up hands go down and touch the ground
- Hands up - bend half way - up - bend backwards
- Torso isolation - bend - sway right facing front hands held up - like passing a basket ball to the person on the right then left then roll backwards
- Lunge side to side with knees straight
- Lunge side to side with legs in chowk
- Sit on one toe with the other leg stretched out - bend with one hand stretched out, do both the sides for the same leg and then do the same for the other leg
Sound exercises
- Kicking butt one leg at a time
- Kumbh paada jump (sitting on the toes) hands held in the front away from the body
- Stretch hands up jump on toes heels together point toe to the ground (spring board jump)
- Hands on hips jump with both the legs - kick the butt
